George signed me up for a fondant and gumpaste cake decorating class for my birthday. Since fondant is basically edibile play dough, I thought it was the perfect thing to have the girls help me with. They've been excellent helpers, working with me to prepare for class by tinting the fondant! I'm hoping to have them help me make some flowers for next week's lesson.

Fondant Fun
