We got to tour the National Guard base near the airport with the Joy group (church youth group). Everyone got the opportunity to sit inside the largest helicopter the Army owns, called the Chinook, and Sammie was chosen to sit inside a small scout helicopter to demonstrate how to steer it! We also got to see a black hawk helicopter. The whole thing was pretty darn cool!
