Christmas Day

The girls had so much fun Christmas day. They were both excited about all of their gifts. Sammie was so surprised with the Wii and has been having a blast with it ever since! The best part was the look of worry when she opened the Wii box and it was empty. She wasn't quite sure if she had really gotten one, but that worry was replaced with screaming when we pulled it out from behind the TV! What an awesome surprise! (Thanks to my co-worker Dan for suggesting that we set it up before hand!!) Erin has been playing so focused with her dollhouse and for extended periods of time. She even has a particular way that she likes the furniture placed. I learned this when I tried to move the rocking chair! They both also love their blankets that grandma great made for them and have been sleeping snuggled warm under them every night. After an exciting morning, we drove to Cleveland for a yummy Christmas dinner. It's always wonderful to see George's family in Cleveland. They are always so nice to us and we appreciate being invited up every holiday! The girls were excited to wear their new pjs to bed once we made it back home. There's nothing as exciting and exhausting as Christmas Day.
