Kids, Kids, and More Kids

We had lots of children this weekend, and I loved it! I have definitely proven that I can manage 3 kids! We would love to have another, but have reached the bedroom/bathroom capacity of our current home! Plus George commented that it would be nice if the next baby showed up with college tuition in hand!! Wouldn't that be nice!
Friday night we had Giovanni and we decided to carve pumpkins after dinner. The kids had fun, although it did take a good 5 mins for us to get Erin to stick her hand in a pumpkin!! After the pumpkins, the little ones took a bath and got ready for bed. They took turns crying but both were sound asleep within 10 mins! Erin woke up Saturday morning wondering were Giovanni was. It was really cute!

Brianna came over to spend the night Saturday night. Since we were unable to pull together a birthday party for Samantha and her friends, we compromised and let her have her first sleep over! Both of the girls were very excited. We first went shopping and I bought Sammie and Brianna matching dresses for church, which everyone thought was so cute! Then we went to a birthday for Con at their house. All of the kids played so well together! Plus, I got to hold Katarina for awhile. She is so stinking cute and is part of the cause for some of the 3rd baby talk going on at our house lately! The girls then got to watch a movie and eat popcorn on the pull out sofa bed. The movie ended around 11 and we turned the lights out and they actually went to sleep! Overall, a good first sleep over!
