Our last stop before heading home was Marblehead Lighthouse, which is the oldest continuously operational lighthouse on the great lakes. We all braved the climb to the top and most of us really enjoyed the view. There was also a little museum that we toured and the girls got to make smashed pennies with an image of the lighthouse on them! Even though our vacation was a little shorter this year, we really enjoyed the time together as a family!
