We celebrated Angie's birthday 3 times during her visit! Like a good older sister, I took her out to a bar for a few drinks on her actual birthday. We also met one her best friends from high school there. We all had a great reminiscing our childhood. Then, the following evening, we all went to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner and enjoyed a fabulous meal. Lastly, we had cake (3 of 4 for those keeping track) and ice cream after the new traditional Sunday spaghetti dinner, which also included a practice run of Sammie's project presentation! Angie was probably all
birthdayed out by the time she got home! Hopefully, it was a memorable one.
On a side note, we had to prep Sammie for Angie's departure and despite the 2 of them breaking down at the Texas Roadhouse, the final goodbyes went pretty smoothly. Sammie is defiantly looking forward to the next visit from Aunt Angie or Uncle Matt, and Erin randomly asks where Aunt Angie is.
