Lindsey converted to Greek Orthodoxy on February 20th and asked George to be her sponsor. She took the name of Trendafila, which means Rose, and we decorated the candles and favors with little roses. We welcomed her to the faith with a toast of Metexa and a dinner at Rena's. This is the cake 2 of 4 for the month of February.The picture below is some shrapnel from decorating the cake. This rose wasn't sitting right on the cake and didn't survive me pulling it off to reset it so I plopped it on the table. I thought it looked kind of funny so I snapped a picture!
