Erin has been wanting to get her ears pierced for a couple of months now. On a whim Saturday we decided to do it. It may have involved an ice cream bribe in the end, but she was excited once she picked out her little pink studs. She sat in my lap while 2 girls lined up everything to do both ears at the same time. They counted to 3 and I braced for the scream, but there wasn't one. Erin was so excited that she ran around the mall showing anyone who would look at her. It was adorable. Later that night she did tell baba that it pinched her really hard, but it only hurt a little bit. She hasn't complained about them at all and is very still while I clean and turn them twice a day!
